Due to the fragile nature of these products our return policy is important. Please see International Shipping below.

The images of the lenses are meant to depict a likeness of the lens tint and may not accurately reflect the size and fittings of the actual lens. Images are provided to us by the manufacturers and as an authorized dealer for all, we are required to use the images provided by them. Due to the fragile nature of lenses are Returns Policy is important. No refunds will be given on installed or damaged lenses. Questions regarding your order must be addressed within 3 days of receipt of your order. Lenses that have been installed or attempted to be installed are not returnable. It is the customer`s responsibility to check lenses once received for correct fit prior to installation. Please note that once a return authorization has been provided it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all returns are received by PROLENS within 30 days. If a return exceeds 30 days we do have the option to issue a store credit only and re-stocking fees may be applied. Refunds for original outbound shipping is not provided even though the order may have qualified for free shipping. We want all our customers to be happy so please call us or email us for any help needed in identifying your goggle or sunglasses for correct lens fit. All of the lenses, goggles, and sunglasses that we ship to customers are checked for quality twice, once upon arrival to our warehouse and again on the day that they are shipped to a customer. We only ship out "perfect" lenses. We are happy to accept returned lenses provided the lenses are still in "perfect", unused, and new condition, along with all original packaging materials. If you received free shipping on your order the outbound shipping cost will not be refunded.

International Shipping

We strongly urge all international customers to contact us prior to making a purchase. All international customers will receive an email from us detailing shipping charges and an estimate of delivery times. Due to delays and short staffed postal services around the world, delivery times have lengthened. If you are requesting shipment outside the United States, you will receive an email from us notifying you of potential delivery times. You will be required to reply to this email before your order is shipped.

UK and EU customers are encouraged to email us at info@prolens.com as we have suspended shipments to the UK and EU due to changes brought about by Brexit and recent changes to the collection of the VAT.

For our Canadian customers, delivery times have lengthened as well and we can't predict how long a delivery will take. Delivery times have fluctuated greatly and often, one week to the next, without predictability so patience is necessary. We are hopeful that you will understand this as PROLENS remains committed to providing our services to our Canadian customers.

In most cases, Pro-Lens uses Global Post International to ship international orders. Global Post manages the customs clearance and sorting of packages prior to leaving the United States. This sorting and customs clearance can take several days prior to departure to the delivering country. The final delivering carrier is the postal service of the customers delivery address country and delays due to Covid should be expected. All shipments leaving the U.S.A. may be subject to import duties, tariffs, value added taxes (VAT) and/or customs clearance fees that are the customers responsibility and not included in the shipping charges billed by PROLENS. The customer is responsible for all additional charges on orders leaving the United States. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.

Merchandise that is refused by international customers due to the refusal to pay duties, tariffs, or taxes will not refunded until the merchandise is received back to Pro-Lens and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, no exceptions. Outbound shipping charges and return shipping charges are never refunded. If the merchandise fails to reach Pro-Lens, no refund will be provided. Pro-Lens is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order within your country. Lost orders by the delivering country's postal service or ground shipping freight service is the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local post office to check on delivery and the whereabouts of your order. Pro-Lens is responsible for getting your order to the last exit point of the Global Post or the US Postal Service in the United States. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be provided to you. You can expect delays in delivery at various times of the year.
