Tifosi Tyrant 2.0 Reader Sunglasses

I am an older guy that needs readers and wears contact lenses. I discovered these lenses for an older pair of TIFOSI TYRANT glasses and replaced the lenses. Sadly I lost those glasses and I liked them so much I decided to order a new pair with the reader lenses installed. The best thing about the reader part is they don't interfere with normal outdoor vision through the top of the lenses. If I was going to read a novel then real reading glasses are better but when I need to read a few things with my sunglasses on it is really nice to not have to swap glasses. I also really like these glasses for the fit and comfort and they feel very durable. Recommended.

Great lenses once you get used to placement of reader. I bought the 2.5 but on really bright days a less strong lens for use biking might work well. The stronger lens will be great for reading maps hiking or boating. I usually wear a small frame but these work well and fit under my ski helmet also.

Am enjoying them very much. Don't have to switch between sunglasses and reading glasses.

Fits well for medium face. Use for outdoor sports. I like the fit on the face and lightweight feel. My only two minor concerns are that it does not block enough glare on a bright sunny day. The bifocals are low on the lens and do not hinder sports activities but for reading they could be higher on lens but there is a balance to be met. If I were to purchase again I would not get the smoke bi-focal lens. I would purchase the Mirror Lens (Red or Blue) rather than the non mirror smoke lens which would probably help a little more with glare. Just my opinion others may differ.

These are starting to be my go-to sunglasses - driving, riding, hiking...Nose piece takes a little getting used to, but other than that, they're great!
