Probably the best customer service experience of the year
Hello!I broke one of the arms of my sunglasses. When i came to the Tifosi site, i was overwhelmed by the amount of options and my frames didn't have their model info on them. I reached out to customer service, who responded almost instantly, asked for a picture of my glasses and the one remaining arm, and then send me a direct link to purchase the correct replacement parts. Holy hell, if only all customer service experiences were this smooth, I'd be a lot poorer...
